Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

RENTAL RATES - You can either get a share or rent exclusively. Please do not ask what the rates are if you have not read this! Here are the options:
SHARED - $1900 for every other weekend for the whole summer shared with others!
MID-WEEK EXCLUSIVE - $2400-$3000 for mid-week use from Monday through Friday, if you have a maximum of eight adult guests that are part of the same one to three families; $3200 for the same situation with up to ten guests and $3500 for up to 16 adult family guests. If you intend on entertaining guests, the majority of whom are under age 27, the costs are as follows: one mid-week night is $2400; two mid-week nights are $3500; no more than two nights will be considered.
WEEKEND EXCLUSIVE - (up to three nights) - Weekend use is $3500-$5500. Price varies depending on weekend. In no event may more than 18 guests visit the premises throughout the term.
Security Deposit is an additional $1500 for both midweek and weekend use by young adults.
Winter Rates per month from September through May for individuals or LIU Southampton College students are from $375 through $700 per bedroom or $2700 for whole house (September through May).
Exclusive Year Round starting in September $60,000.

WINTER (September - May) $550 per person or $2600 whole house
Bedrooms Summer Weekends .. $6,000/bedroom (three per room).
Three Weekend Nights ........ $3500-$5500/weekend (exclusive, 18 guests max.).
MIDWEEK SUMMER Monday to Friday .............. $2200-$3500/week.
