Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

″Required Stay: 3 nights minimum during holidays

″Cancellation Policy: Dates cannot be held until we receive a completed Reservation Confirmation form and a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable (less a 15% reservation fee) until 30 days before arrival. To be fair, we accept reservations on a first come basis. The remaining balance on the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival in less you made prior arraingmet with owner. This balance is non-refundable unless we are able to re-rent the property during the same period.

″Deposits: A $650 Security Deposit by authorization on a major credit card is required 10 days prior to arrival in less you made prior arraingment with the owner.

″Other Fees: A $200 Cleaning Fee is required for each rental and will be deducted from the Security Deposit at the conclusion of your stay.
