We invite you to relax by our large heated pool, play shuffleboard, beach volleyball, cook-out at the BBQ, or just watch the beautiful sunsets from the large private balcony of our newly updated two bedroom, two full bath condo. We have two full size beds in the guest room and a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath. Each bedroom has it's own remote cable TV. In the living/dining area you can watch a movie on the TV, make use of the DVD,VCR, or CD player, or connect your laptop to our complimentary high speed internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. We have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience, just in case you decide to stay longer.....
Indian Shores is a unique, relaxing gulf coast community located 20 miles west of Tampa in the middle of an island with Clearwater to the north and St. Pete Beach to the south. Busch Gardens in Tampa is 45 minutes and Orlando Theme Parks (Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios) just 90 minutes away.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Mininum Stay: 7 nights
Deposit: $200 by either Visa or MasterCard, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by check, money order or credit card. Rates do not include $75 Departure Fee and 12% taxes.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of deposit. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit.
