Our family vacation home is located in Ocean Lakes Resort and is a short walk to the beach. Our home is in immaculate condition and I am sure you'll find it as comfortable and pleasant as we do. This gated communtiy offers 24-hour security, snack bars, indoor heated pool, olympic size pool, 3 kiddie pools, fishing lakes, putt putt golf, oceanfront playgrounds, basketball, volley ball, shuffleboard, bocceball, arcade and a full recreation staff that provides a wonderful schedule of events to keep children of all ages happy.
Should you choose to leave the resort you'll be close to all of the Myrtle Beach attractions, such as Broadway on the Beach, Ripley's Museums and Aquarium, dinner shows, shopping outlets, amusement parks, waterparks and plenty of golf courses.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

| In season our home is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Off season you are welcome to rent daily. A 25% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. A $200 security deposit is also required. This is returned if their is no damage and our home is left clean. |
