Beachy Keen is directly overlooking the tennis courts and, beyond that, the interior pool. The layout is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. The parking level has the utility room with beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. Also located here are the garbage cans and outdoor shower. On the first floor of the unit, you'll find the living room with a brand-new queen sleeper sofa, dining area and kitchen, a full bath and the first-floor bedroom with queen bed and a private, gulf-view balcony. On the second level is the master suite with a king bed, garden bathtub, separate shower, double vanities and private balcony overlooking the tennis courts and second pool. Also on this floor is the laundry room (which incidentally has a great gulf view). The laundry room features full-sized washer and dryer. .
