Close to great attractions including Daytona's Speedway, golf, St Augustine,Main st, Ponce Inlet, Deep Sea gambling & fishing, turtle rehab museum, 1 hour from world famous Disney, Orlando and of course 150 yards to the beach! Easy BEACH access at the top of the street.
Things to do in Daytona Beach
The things to do and the places to go are endless! If you bring your motorcycle you must take the Foxheads ride! It starts in Samsula, home of the world famous Cabbage Patch and slaw wrestling events! Ride the winding path along 415 to Debary uner 100 year old oak trees and beautiful Spanish moss draped above your head. Come along Sanford's historic Waterford. Have a fresh catch lunch on the St. John's river and go antiquing all at the same time. Take the sorter ride through Ormond Beach's Highbridge and Tomoka state park were the origianl Tarzan movie was filmed. Both places will show the old Florida charm and beauty of the swamps and landscapes. You may even see a gator! You can tour John D. Rockerfeller's mansion and museum while you are there! Go to Kennedy Space center, or stay at the pool deck where you may be lucky enough to catch a night lauch! Spectacular! All the Orlando theme parks are 1 hour away, give or take 15 minutes. There are dozens of top rated golf courses to go to, including the LPGA. St. Augustine, the nation's oldest city is 1 hour to the north. It is filled with history! You can take a city tour, have a beer at the oldest bar in the country, and take a horse drawn carriage ride through the tiny waterfront town. Be sure to visit St. Augustine's new outlet mall with over 200 brand name stores. You can stay in Daytona at your cottage and be just an arms length from deep sea fishing, deep sea gambling, the best frash catch seafood you can imagine! You can bring your own fishing poles, fish off the jetty (3 mi) in Ponce Inlet, the Sunglow pier (1 mi), or you can go shore fishing! The local favorite Boondocks restuarant is a MUST! We have parasailing and you can rent your own private pontoon boat and bar hop in our beautiful intercoastal. You will dolphins, turtles and manatees. They are everywhere! We also recommend a fun adventure tour that will take you on a trolley bus ride through the town and then it will drive right into the river for an exciting water tour! The activities are endless! You can always come back to your cottage, take a dip in the pool and have a relaxing evening out at your private TIKI bar, overlooking your pool! You'll LOVE it!

-Where is the Cottage located?
The cottage is in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores. The Shores is a very small area of about 4 miles that runs North & South along the river & the ocean. The Shores is populated with highrise Condos & therefor makes the area very quiet, due to the fact that retired folks stay on their condo property & don't like to drive. You practically have the entire area to yourself. The beaches are the best in Daytona Beach Shores! Less traffic and lots of lifeguards!
The home is 1.5 miles North of Ponce Inlet, 3 Miles south of Bike Week's Fame- Main St. The cottage is also 3 miles from Beach Street, downtown Daytona Beach.
-If you don't want to drive, ride the Trolley, it will take you all the way up & down the A1A. You can catch a movie @ Ocean Walk on the North side of Daytona, or you can go to PONCE INLET to the Sun Cruise Casino, deep sea gambling.

We accept personal and bank checks, money orders and all major credit cards with Pay Pal payments (Add 4% if paying by Pay Pal). We require a $200-$500 deposit depending on special event time or off season. Deposit is fully refundable on day of check out. No Cleaning FEEs! No hidden charges all taxes are included in the quoted rate. Cancellation fee is $100 for upto 30+ before arrival. No refunds if you cancel less than 30 days to arrival. No deposit refunds for special events.
