| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
Half of rent is due upfront to secure reservation. Remaining rent plus 11% FL tax and a $500 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to check in. Damage deposit will be refunded the Wednesday after checkout if home is left in the condition it was found.
All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (check-in) to Saturday (check-out). Units may be available for long-term rental during the Fall/Winter season. Please inquire.
