This modern , spacious , new 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in the south of the island. It is located 4 miles from the airport and 7 miles from Bridgetown. Popular south coast beaches are within walking distance. 18 hole golf course, supermarket, restaurants and live night time entertainment are all minutes away by car.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and is adjacent to a second bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are airconditioned.

The dining room has seating for 6. Televisions and phones are in the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 16 cu. ft. fridge, 30" stove with oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is a laundry in the unit with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
