Our beach house is a smoke-free vacation home. It includes two full bedrooms, two full baths, sleeper sofa and a bed in the alcove. Bed sizes are queen, and 3 double beds and 1 twin. Large wrap-around, covered porch with swing. The house is conveniently located on the first road past the entrance gate (turn left) on Tern Drive #T7. It is a very short distance to the beach.
We have just remodeled the beach house adding fresh paint, new area rug, new tables, pillows, new sofas, pressure washing, etc.. Just another reason why this is the perfect place for your next vacation! Book your 2007 vacation today!!
On site activities include shuffleboard, golf, tennis, racquetball, basketball, fitness center, gym, arcade, horseshoes, minature golf, surfing, shopping, restaurants, bowling, skating, swimming (heated pool and 3 outdoor pools), fishing, parasailing, jet skiing. Just outside of Ocean Lakes is the Pavilion, Family Kingdom, New Myrtle Beach Mall, restaurants, live theater, cinemas, museums, and plenty of sightseeing! You will not need a car for transportation once in the resort! All you will need is a golf cart, as everything you need is just minutes away! Golf cart rental is located onsite at Ocean Lakes. Again, please see the link to Ocean Lakes on the Property page of my website for pricing and styles.
Where you stay during your trip is an important part of your vacation. If you don't like your surroundings and can't sleep at night, then you aren't going to fully enjoy your vacation. That's why we want to share our beach home with you. A great vacation begins with a comfortable place to relax!!

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
Weeks run Sunday - Sunday. Check-In time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Winter monthly rental rates are available. Contact Trish for quote.
$300 security deposit required, which will be refunded 7 days after check-out inspection and is refundable within 14 day notice for cancellation.
Weekly payment due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Upon arrival, you must register your vehicle at the Ocean Lakes Office. They will collect $3 per day for their security pass. You will need a permission letter from us and your vehicle plate number. They will give you a map of the community.
We ask that you please leave the home as clean as you found it!
