Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Only primary renter (and up to 5 guests) will be granted access at check-in. Primary must be present at check-in. A credit card imprint is required at check-in for any additional room charges and for security on damages. No smoking, no pets. Maximum occupancy is 6 ppl...exceeding this limit may result in loss of unit without refund. This is a timeshare unit and there is no daily maid service. Trash removal is renter's responsibility throughout stay and there are trash chutes on each floor.

$500 non-refunable deposit required to hold unit...balance ($1500) due in full by Sept 10th. If balance payment is not received by Sep 10th, reservation will be considered cancelled.
