Athina Luxury Villas is a small complex of three independent villas, each with its private pool, set in a wonderful natural environment in Xamoudochori, near the famous tourist-resort of Platanias, in Chania, in the Island of Crete.
The villas are surrounded by a lavish garden and offer a unique view to the vineyards and olive groves that prevail in the area, as well as to the endless mediterranean ocean.
In the large garden there is also a barbecue, wooden gazebo for pic-nics and comfortable garden furniture.
Villa Kissos and Villa Myrtia accommodate 2-6 persons in their spacious rooms which are decorated in absolute style and elegance. They consist of two bedrooms, one attic, two bathrooms, one fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with sofas in front of the firepalce.
All villas feature all modern amenities (Satellite TV, CD-player, DVD-player, PC with internet access, direct ISDN line, Fax machine etc), are centrally heated and air conditioned, with spacious parking space and underground garage.
While in the villas, guests can enjoy the peacefulness of the environment as well as excellent services and a unique homely atmosphere.
Daily maid service, daily change of linen and towels, slippers/bathrobes/luxury toiletries and fluffy bathrobes are offered in all villas.

In order to confirm reservations, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining balance is settled on departure either in cash or credit card.
Full refund applies for cancellations made at least two months prior to arrival.
There is no minimum stay or change-over day, although a discounted rate is offered for two-week stays as well as early bookings. |
