You won't have to share the property, boat dock, or 125 ft. waterfront with anyone else, so just bait the crab traps that we leave for your use and launch your boat in our community's free boat ramp. You are permitted to dock your boat 24 hrs. a day on our boat dock. Our Oyster Bay Community has no townhouses or condos--just nicely spaced homes on quiet streets (great for biking or if your kids are outside playing).

Friday to Monday weekend rentals are available all through the fall, winter and spring - a great way to enjoy the 2 and 1/2 story fireplace.
