We consider our quiet neighborhood to be the very best location in town! Our Eureka Springs bed and breakfast is within a few blocks of the downtown stores - a very easy stroll past antique shops, massage spas, art emporiums and fine restaurants. Our Arkansas bed and breakfast provides a view of the beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountains and our famous springs. We are on the trolley car and the horse drawn carriage routes as well. This "Painted Lady" is listed on the National Register of Historic places. Our "Secret Garden" has been honored with Eureka Springs Garden Club's Award for "Garden of the Season."
You will immediately feel at ease with the smiling faces, kind words & Southern hospitality of our Eureka Springs bed and breakfast. Complimentary cinnamon scones or other treats await you in your room. Any special arrangements you desire such as champagne, extra flowers, etc. can be requested at our Arkansas bed and breakfast. If you desire, a romantic sojourn, chocolates, show reservations, massages, etc. can be requested.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Reservation Policy:
We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express or cash/money order. To guarantee a reservation by phone, please provide a credit card number and expiration date. We require one night's rental as the deposit. Upon receipt of cash/money order or credit card charge, a confirmation of your reservation will be sent (usually within 5 working days). Please call in advance if using BXI.
Cancellation Policy:
A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect which states that (1) if a cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full payment for all days unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation and (2) if a cancellation is made 14 days or more before your reservation date, you will be refunded in full (less a $20.00 processing fee). No refunds are available for early departures or no shows.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Check out time is by 11:00 a.m.
Arrangements required for early or late arrivals.
We are a tobacco free B&B (smoking facilities are provided outside.)
No pets. Children are accepted if 8 years old or older and well behaved.
PACKAGE DISCOUNT--
To qualify, you must purchase one of our Packages and stay two nights Sunday to Thursday --get a $20 discount off per night! You must mention the PACKAGE DISCOUNT upon making your reservation. Excludes Holidays/Festivals.
REGULAR DISCOUNT--
To qualify, you must stay Sunday to Thursday --get a $10 discount off per night! You must mention the REGULAR DISCOUNT upon making your reservation. Excludes Holidays/Festivals.
EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT--
To qualify, you must stay at least four days --get the fourth night at 1/2 price! You must mention the EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNT upon making your reservation. Excludes Holidays/Festivals.
Only one type of discount per visit.
