This casual home for rent is in the Cottonwood subdivision of Beautiful Sun Lakes, Arizona. This is a three bedroom (when you include the guest addition), three bath home, and accommodates two to eight guests. In the large family room/guest suite is a queen-sleeper-sofa, and love seat,(also a portable queen size "Aero" bed). With a private 3rd bathroom, walk-in closet,wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave, and TV, you'll enjoy spending a lot of time in here.

The back opens to the covered patio, as does the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and comfortable chair for reading, in addition to a private bathroom. The second bedroom is next to the main bathroom, located in the hallway. It features a queen-size bed, and both bedrooms (as well as the living room and family room/guest room) have ceiling fans.

Each sleeping room is separated by at least two other rooms, which makes it very private, for families, and friends traveling together. The privacy and space mentioned above is what makes this house so inviting. The kitchen has its own entry from the front of the house. A very "cozy" place for 2, and comfortable for more.

Activities (on site or nearby):

The town of Chandler, (where Sun Lakes communities are located) is a Historical Site. It is a suburb of both Phoenix, and Scottsdale. You will discover the charm of covered walkways to Restaurants, Galleries, Import Shops, Kokopelli Winery, and many more fine shops. Al the finest stores are at Chandler Fashion Center, and there are several great outlet malls. The flea markets are beyond compare. I've never seen anything like them..

Golf, Swimming, Tennis, Rafting, horseback riding, casinos, crafts, etc., you name it are all on the premises or nearby.

Many major league baseball teams have their spring training around Chandler, Mesa, Tempe.

Day trips are a few hours to tranquil Sedona or Tuscon,exciting Las Vegas, or a good time in Mexico.

The quiet of the neighborhood is so peaceful, it's hard to believe there is so much to do, you simply CANNOT be bored, unless that is what you like to be, (for a change).
