Famous restaurants including Ding Tai Fong are within 3 min walking distance. The Memorial hall is also within a 10 min walk. Taxis are a convenient and inexpensive way to get around the city. The closest subway station is Zhong Xiao/Dunhua Stn. The apartments are available for long-term rent and are perfect for expatriates. Our ground floor location gives it the flexibility of being registered as a commercial address so businesses planning to expand into Taiwan can also use it as their company's local office address.

Queen sized bed, full sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dish dryer, washer/dryer for laundry, TV and complimentary wireless access. We use a swipe card security system linked to a 24 hr security network.
Minimum Stay of Four Nights & $85 cleaning fee required per stay.
50% Booking Deposit due upon reservation; Full Payment 7 days before arrival.
$500 Refundable Security Deposit to cover damage & loss.
Cancellation: Before 90 days - Full Refund;
Before 30 days - 50% Refund;
