Bring the guys or the entire family and enjoy this gorgeous river retreat in the Great Smoky Mountains. It is located near Sylva, NC at the head waters of the famous delayed harvest section of the Tuckaseegee River. Fifty thousand fish are stocked in six miles annually.
You can fish in your front yard or watch the float fishermnan and rafters drift lazily by from the full length, country front porch. This home, which was originally built in 1947, has been restored and includes three bedrooms as well as an enchanting master sleeping loft. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi tub. Other amenities include a gas log fireplace, air conditionaing, a gas grill, a cypress paneled and beamed great room with a full glass view of the river, and a kitchen to die for.
Open the windows and drift off to sleep listening to the rapture of the rapids, take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, visit the many specialty shops in the quaint village of Dillsboro, or try your luck at Harrah's Cherokee Casino. All that the Smoky's and Western North Carolina have to offer is at your fingertips. Come and visit us and you will be back regularly to enjoy this enchanting retreat.
P.S. Trout fishing is at its best from October to May, when stocking is done monthly. <br><br>

Smoky Mountain Getaways Policies & Procedures
PAYMENT: A reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total rental amount will be due 10 days from the time of reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Master Card & Visa are accepted. Personal checks are accepted up to 30 days before arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT of $100-$500: Will be secured by holding a credit card number. Deposits may be used to repair damages or to replace missing contents.
LODGING PROTECTION PROGRAM: For your protection, we offer insurance that protects you against monetary loss due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness and injuries that may necessitate the cancelling of your reservation.
WATER: Most units are on a well or spring. Please use the water conservatively as unlike municipal water, the supply is limited.
WHAT TO BRING: We recommend that you bring all paper products, trash bags, detergents, toiletries, beach towels and charcoal for grills
