| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Our rates depend on the time of year and number of people in your group. All 2 Bedroom rates below are for double occupancy (2 people). Each additional person above the first two is $15.00/day. Weekly discount applies to any 7 consecutive days. Monthly discounts also available upon request. Daily maid service is not included, but is available at additional cost.
2006-2007 Rates (double occupancy)
May 1 - 14: 99.00/ day or $599.00/ wk
May 15 - June 14: 119.00/ day or $759.00/ wk
June 15 - August 4: 159.00/ day or $999.00/ wk
August 5 - September 31: 119.00/ day or $759.00/ wk
October 1 - April 31: 99.00/ day or $599.00/ wk
RESERVATIONS: From June 15 - August 15, there is a 3 day minimum. We can try to fill spaces for 3 days or less. Call as soon as possible as we are usually full by mid-June.
DEPOSITS: 50% deposit required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm a furnished 2 bedroom apartment suite. Balance of payment due 30 days before arrival. All units must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a computer confirmation with map and receipt with your reservation. Prices above are for payment for cash, check or money order. Charge Cards (Visa and MC) are accepted and are subject to 3% processing fee. We also accept payment via Paypal.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are given if cancellation requests are received 60 days or more prior to arrival, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. If there is a cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given less a $25.00 fee, with the balance of refund given upon re-rental of unit.
