Very private setting as the cottage is the last house on the road (there are only two houses on the road) and sits about 50 feet back from the Narramissic River, which makes it a great location for canoeing, kayaking and fishing. There is plenty of wild life to be seen at the cottage. *Note, spiral stairs takes you from the 1st to 2nd floor.
