This home is overlooking the third green, at the end of a dead end street, newly renovated, and pet friendly. The dining area, kitchen and family room with 2 sliders look out to the pool and lanai. The heated pool (electric heat pump) is sunny all day and the 2 level caged lanai with hot tub is shady.. There is a doggie door from the lanai to the fenced back yard for your furry friend. This home is beautifully decorated with many personal touches that will set it apart from a typical rental. The second bedroom (queen bed) is across the hall from teh master with the second bath next door (bath also opens to the lanai.) Queen sleeper in the living room allow up to 2 more guests a good night sleep.
A Hi speed internet connection and unlimited phone calls within the US will keep you in touch with teh real world while you are in paradise.. Come enjoy all that Rotonda and the Gulf coast has to offer go off to play golf tennis fish boat then come back and watch the sunset from the lanai or from the hot tub!
