A 20% deposit of the entire cost of the stay is required when you confirm.
The remaining amount has to be paid CASH at the check-in.
For long stays, bookings have to be confirmed through the payment of the 50% of the entire cost of the stay through bank transfer which will be considered as a confirmation.
In case the guest decides to cancel the booking FIVE DAYS before arrival he hast he right to be refund.
In case the guest decides to cancel the booking FOUR DAYS before arrival he has NO right to be refund.
In case of no show the guest has NO right to be refund.
