Payment Methods Accepted:
E-mail reservation with Paypal or Bank wire accepted . Balance payable with cash, traveller's cheque , money order (50% immediately and 50% on arrival date). If you want to change this payment plan Deposits
50 % at reservation & cash security deposit on arrival (to be discussed) Guests are asked to provide a security deposit that will be refunded if unit returned in 'pre-rental condition'.
Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit and secondly (if required) charged to you.
Cancellation & Return Policy
No refund if cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival. If you cancel (more than 3 weeks before arrival) and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a 100 $ CAN handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented.
