We are proud to offer you our luxury beach cottage located just East of Seaside, FL. Built in 2006.

The villa is located just 150 yards to your private beach access and the on site swimming pool. Relax on one of two huge private porches, one just off the owners suite. The other is a screened in porch off the great room. This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
Taxes: Florida State Rental Tax is 11%. This tax is added to the total rental rate. Cleaning Fees: $135.00 for less than 6 nights stay, 6 or more nights and fee is waived. Terms and Conditions RESERVATION DEPOSIT $200.00 refundable reservation damages deposit is required on all reservations. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out if no damages are found. Deposit is due within 14 days of making reservation. In addition to the above reservation deposit a $ 200 refundable damages deposit is also due within 14 days of making reservation. A higher deposit may be required for stays exceeding 2 weeks. CANCELLATIONS Initial $200 deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Cancellations more than 35 days prior to reservation date are 100% refundable less $200 deposit. No refunds can be given less than 35 days prior to stay. This includes all reservations made within 30 days of check-in. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4 P.M. EST day-of-arrival Check-out is 10 A.M. EST day-of-departure.
