The Bay View Resort Condos are a part of the NEW Myrtle Beach.

The Bay View Resort is a luxury upscale condo for families and couples that boast the finest of amenities: such as granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile floors in all wet areas, and designer furnishings.
Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath lock out unit. Ocean front on the 16th floor. Located at 5th Avenue North and Ocean Blvd, the Bay View Resort is convenient to the downtown area, the pier at 2nd Avenue, and the many restaurants and nightclubs found in the heart of Myrtle Beach.

All sheets and linens are provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities At the Bay View Resort, we offer our guests a host of on-site amenities. Indoor pool, indoor Jacuzzi, lazy river and kids pool. There is also wireless internet in the room, a Starbucks and a gym on site.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
Taxes: South Carolina State Rental Tax is 10%. This tax is added to the total rental rate. Cleaning Fees: $90.00 for less than 6 nights stay, 6 or more nights and fee is waived. Terms and Conditions RESERVATION DEPOSIT $200.00 refundable reservation damages deposit is required on all reservations. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out if no damages are found. Deposit is due within 14 days of making reservation. In addition to the above reservation deposit a $ 200 refundable damages deposit is also due within 14 days of making reservation. A higher deposit may be required for stays exceeding 2 weeks. CANCELLATIONS Initial $200 deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Cancellations more than 35 days prior to reservation date are 100% refundable less $200 deposit. No refunds can be given less than 35 days prior to stay. This includes all reservations made within 30 days of check-in. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4 P.M. EST day-of-arrival Check-out is 10 A.M. EST day-of-departure.
