This vacation rental home is close to Disney World in a gated community in Kissimmee. Ideal for your family holiday, this vacation villa can accomodate 12 people plus a baby and has been furnished to a very high standard, with a private pool/spa overlooking the fountain (which is lit up at night) and the lake. With 3 ensuite bedrooms more than one family could be accommodated with ease in this huge home. There is a 50" flat screen tv in the family room. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a dining area and a seperate utility room conveniently located in the garage housing a washer and dryer. There are two en-suite bedrooms, with queen size beds, and a disney themed room with two twin beds for the little ones on this floor. One of the queen size bedrooms has direct access to the pool area through paito doors. Outside there is lots of room for eating, sunbathing and relaxing on the extended patio, the pool has also been extended and has a spa. There is also a bathroom and shower, for convenience. Upstairs the master bedroom is much more than a bedroom it has a king size bed, patio doors to its own private balcony overlooking the pool and patio but also the lake and fountain, just spectacular, walk in wardrobes, it is, of course, en-suite with a walk in shower, garden tub, two vanity units and a seperate toilet. Two further bedrooms on this floor have two twin beds in each, one has been themed in Finding Nemo style, and a nearby family bathroom. There is a play area in the loft for playing PS2. In the games room there is a pool table, and football table, 3 bikes in various sizes, lots of games and toys. On the patio there are tables, chairs and loungers. A charcoal bbq. Free local phone calls. All linens and towels including pool side towels are provided. A high chair, crib and strollers at no extra charge. The property has an alarm system and a safe for your added security. There is a tot lot, biking trails, walking trails, a soccer area complete with goal posts all within the community. Restaurants, bars, fast food outlets are within minutes as are the local supermarkets. Shopping Malls and Designer Outlets are also in the local area.
