Exclusive 5 bed, 3 bath private pool and Jacuzzi vacation home located in a gated golfing community just 9 miles from Disney. This VERY upscale home backs up to the water with golf course view.

Living room has a small baby grand piano, very luxurious. You will feel like you are staying in paradise and this community or home is not your 'average' vacation home.

Breathtaking views from the pool area that over look the water and golf course. Discounted golfing for our guests. Also discounted Disney tickets and a good rate on car rental if you need them. This home can sleep up to 14 people.

Beautiful master suite that is the entire depth of the home. Master bath also has a Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom and sitting area opens onto the lanai. Bed arrangement: king, (master), 4 queen beds and two twins in the other rooms. One bath has adjoining doors to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. With a queen sleeper sofa you can sleep up to 14 people.

I also have FREE unlimited worldwide long distance service so ALL calls are FREE. Bring your computer and use your local provider back home for all your email or internet uses.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Deposit: We require a deposit of $350.00 to secure the home, final payment is made 6 weeks prior to arrival. A damage (security) deposit of $300.00 is due upon arrival. Cash or a credit card for authorization only can be provided.

Payment: Payment can be made by personal check, money order or wire transfers. Please add $10.00 to all wire transfers plus any charge your bank would make. MasterCard or Visa can be accepted but please add 4% for processing fees.

Cancellation policy. If cancellation for any reason you will loose your deposit. If cancellation occurs 2-3 weeks prior to arrival you will loose half of your rental, plus tax. If you cancel 1-week prior you will loose your entire rental, plus tax. Unless you would reschedule or I can rebook the dates.
