The fully-equipped kitchen is remodeled with new porcelain tile countertops and new stainless steel appliances including microwave, dishwasher and ceramic top range with warming drawer. Therefrigerator includes an ice maker. Spices, tableware, cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, storage containers, coffee maker, blender, beater and a crock-pot, dishcloths, cleaning supplies, paper towels & napkins are all provided. There is a large dining table for dinner, games, and gatherings.
With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there is plenty of room for your family and friends (1,900 sq ft). Each guestroom includes a flat-panel TV and new furnishings: new beds, mattresses, comforters, blankets, bed linens and towels. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, vaulted ceilings, and private bathroom. The front guest room has a queen bed with down blankets and a large walk-in closet and a full bath next door, the second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a walk in closet, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and and shares a 3/4 bathroom next door.
Eagle-Vail is conveniently located just 2 miles east of Beaver Creek and 6 miles west of Vail. Nestled in the valley between the two resorts, you will enjoy all the comforts of home while enjoying the best of both resorts. Just a block away, Eagle County (ECO) Bus service can take you to the town of Vail and the base of Beaver Creek in the village of Avon. Each bus is equiped with ski and bike racks.
This golf community has two courses, a community pool, skate park, driving range, tennis courts, National Forest trails and is also close to the towns of Avon and Minturn, home to dozens of shops, restaurants and the grocery stores.
In the winter, the golf course becomes a cross-county ski and snowshoe track as well. The home is just across the street from the second fairway.

If you don't ski or you choose to have a change of pace, you can take a day at the spa for a massage, snowmobiling, sledding, sleigh rides, horseback rides, hot air balloon rides, dog sledding, snow cat skiing or see a show at the Vilar Center for the Performing Arts or the Ford Ampitheater in the summer.

$500 Security and damage deposit is due before arrival to secure date. Security deposit will be returned upon departure based on condition of home.
100% of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. 60 days before holiday weeks.
Prices include housekeeping services before and after your stay. Mid-week housekeeping is available for an additional fee.
