The neighboring villas Mona & Lisa are located in the community of Saint Pierre, 45km from the airport, on the Caribbean coast of Martinique ( 50min by car), and 6 km from downtown Saint-Pierre. Altogether, the Villa Mona, Villa Lisa, and Pool-house comprise 8 bedrooms, accommodating 16 occupants.
The three accomodations can be rented independantly from each other, or as a group, according to your needs. The minimum stay is one week. Different packages are available upon request.
MONA : AC house, 4 bedrooms, living room connected to the kitchen, terrace with a view of the sea, BBQ, room for 8, and access to the swimming pool located adjacent to the Villa Lisa property.
LISA : AC house, master bedroom, 2 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, dining room, living room, family room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna.
Pool-House : bedroom with queen sized bed, full bathroom, one half bath, kitchen which opens onto the pooldeck, sauna and jacuzzi.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
A 25% deposit is required upon signature of the contract. Reservations of each villa will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance is due no later than the date which the party occupies the premises, at which time the occupants must pay a security deposit of 1000€ for the Villa Lisa and 380€ for the Villa Mona.
