This two bedroom, two bathroom ocean front condo is only two blocks south of the 24th Street Stage and the Old Coast Guard Station. Kamla Condominiums are in the heart of the Boardwalk at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Whether you are soaking up the sun on the beach (officially certified as a "2005 Blue Wave Beach" by the Clean Beaches Council), people watching on the boardwalk, or taking in the night life along Atlantic Avenue, Kamla is your ideal vacation destination. If you get tired of the beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens Amusement Park, and Water Country USA are only an hour away.
Kamla is a privately owned 15 unit, 6 story, ocean front condominium complex situated on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk at 22nd Street and Atlantic Avenue. Unit 502 is a two bedroom, two bath home located in the center of the building on the fifth floor (elevator access). A full width balcony runs along the beach side of the condo, allowing unequalled ocean views and sliding glass door access from both the family room and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the master bath is equipped with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bath and there is a sleep sofa in the living room that will sleep two. There is gated off street parking area with one assigned space. A limited number of unassigned spaces are also available in the gated area on a first come basis.
Kamla is a family-oriented condominium with many owner occupied units. We only rent to family groups; fraternity, sorority, student or single groups are not permitted. House parties are completely prohibited and occupancy is limited to six adults/children. Misrepresentation as to who is renting the property, loud parties, or more than the occupancy limit will result in guests being asked to instantly vacate the property without refund.
