Built in 2005 and decorated with a whimsical flair, this sunny, 3-bedroom/ 3-bath home features an open floor plan, gracious living areas, and original oil paintings throughout.Located just 100 yards to your own private beach access and the on-site swimming pool. You may choose to enjoy the outdoors or simply relax on your over-sized screened-in porch. This villa is nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on Florida’s prestigious 30-A.

Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
Taxes: Florida State Rental Tax is 11%. This tax is added to the total rental rate. Cleaning Fees: $135.00 for less than 6 nights stay, 6 or more nights and fee is waived. Terms and Conditions RESERVATION DEPOSIT $200.00 refundable reservation damages deposit is required on all reservations. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out if no damages are found. Deposit is due within 14 days of making reservation. In addition to the above reservation deposit a $ 200 refundable damages deposit is also due within 14 days of making reservation. A higher deposit may be required for stays exceeding 2 weeks. CANCELLATIONS Initial $200 deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Cancellations more than 35 days prior to reservation date are 100% refundable less $200 deposit. No refunds can be given less than 35 days prior to stay. This includes all reservations made within 30 days of check-in. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in is 4 P.M. EST day-of-arrival Check-out is 10 A.M. EST day-of-departure.
