We are proud to offer you our luxury beach cottage located in beautiful Seacrest Beach, Florida. This hideaway is nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Built in 2005 for beach living, this fully furnished and landscaped designer villa is loaded with top of the line amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasurable.
The villa is a quick 100 yard walk to our private beach access. There is also an on-site swimming pool. Local shops will furnish all of your fun in the sun toys and sports gear. For those who don't wish to cook, fine cuisine abounds in area restaurants. Supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. Sun on the private porch off the owners suite, or catch the cool Gulf breeze.

Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the bath's, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms. Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.

| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment

Taxes:
Florida State Rental Tax is 11%.
This tax is added to the total rental rate.
Cleaning Fees:
$135.00 for less than 6 nights stay, 6 or more nights and fee is waived.
Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
$200.00 refundable reservation damages deposit is required on all reservations. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out if no damages are found. Deposit is due within 14 days of making reservation.
In addition to the above reservation deposit a $ 200 refundable damages deposit is also due within 14 days of making reservation. A higher deposit may be required for stays exceeding 2 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS
Initial $200 deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
Cancellations more than 35 days prior to reservation date are 100% refundable less $200 deposit. No refunds can be given less than 35 days prior to stay. This includes all reservations made within 30 days of check-in.

Check-in is 4 P.M. EST day-of-arrival
Check-out is 10 A.M. EST day-of-departure.
