We are proud to offer you our luxury beach cottage located just east of Seaside, Florida. Built in 2006 and fully furnished by Simple, a Seaside, FL interior design company.
The villa is located just 100 yards to your private beach access and next door to the on site swimming pool. Relax on one of the homes three porches! This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Bedrooms:
Three owners suites two with king size beds and the third with a queen bed. There is also a set of bunk beds. Each bedroom has it's on private bath. Each suite also has a 19" T.V.

Magnolia By The Sea offers a heated swimming pool along with deeded beach access located just 100 yards from the villa!
The following quality products are featured in the home: Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the bath's, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms. Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.

Taxes:
Florida State Rental Tax is 11%.
This tax is added to the total rental rate.
Cleaning Fees:
$135.00 for less than 6 nights stay, 6 or more nights and fee is waived.
Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
$200.00 refundable reservation damages deposit is required on all reservations. This deposit will be refunded 7 days after check-out if no damages are found. Deposit is due within 14 days of making reservation.
In addition to the above reservation deposit a $ 200 refundable damages deposit is also due within 14 days of making reservation. A higher deposit may be required for stays exceeding 2 weeks.
CANCELLATIONS
Initial $200 deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
Cancellations more than 35 days prior to reservation date are 100% refundable less $200 deposit. No refunds can be given less than 35 days prior to stay. This includes all reservations made within 30 days of check-in.

Check-in is 4 P.M. EST day-of-arrival
Check-out is 10 A.M. EST day-of-departure.
