11 HAMMOCK BEACH CIRCLE SOUTH, PRIVATE POOL/CLUB, PRIVATE BEACH, BEACH WALKOVER, OCEAN HAMMOCK GOLF CLUB. 18 MILES SOUTH OF ST AUGUSTINE. 5 MILES SOUTH OF MARINELAND. 25 MILES NORTH OF DAYTONA BEACH. GOOGLE 11 HAMMOCK BEACH CIRCLE SOUTH. For those of you who have never before rented a private vacation residence, we understand that you are branching into uncertain territory. On the one hand there is the promise of more space and privacy than a resort or hotel can offer, along with the convenience of your own kitchen and the correspondent comfort of not getting "hosed" for every cup of coffee you want to drink. On the other hand (especially if you are kind of a "snob" and are used to your own, upscale digs) there is the significant uncertainty about the quality of the accommodations. Will the furniture and décor be dated and everyone miserable as a result? Will the sheets and bathrooms be pristine?
For those of you who have made the transition from the trusted hotel accommodations, we understand that you may have been either thrilled or disappointed with the vacation homes you have rented before and that you are searching for something equal or much better this time. The problem with renting a vacation home is that you really have little guarantee about what you will get. You are faced with the proposition of spending a significant amount of money and your precious few vacation days "sight unseen" on a home of uncertain quality. In fact, sometimes the concern is whether or not the advertised home even exists when you get there. At least you know what you are getting when you check into the Ritz, all 406 square feet of it.
Don't get us wrong, we love the Ritz, and the principle of customer service and quality on which it was founded. We just know that bringing your family there and booking two suites to make everyone comfortable might not be in the budget, nor might it be as private or comfortable as you want, regardless of your net worth. We also love the concept of a private residence club and their attention to luxury and feeling of private ownership, but with $300,000 in initiation fees along with the additional annual and nightly fees the economics might be a bit out of reach for most. With 11 Hammock Beach, we aspire to bring you fabulous vacation accommodations at a price-point that upscale resorts, luxury destination clubs and private vacation home ownership cannot match. We strive to remove the uncertainty about what you will get with a vacation rental home. All 11 Hammock Beach Homes are professionally decorated, impeccably maintained, pristine and luxuriously appointed. You can trust that we have made every effort to anticipate and meet your needs. We want you to feel a sense of trust in who you are dealing with. Our company is founded and managed with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Our staff is highly educated, courteous and is there to make your experience all it can be. Our focus is on hospitality, excellence of customer experience, and the finer things in life. We want you to feel the same feeling you get when you walk through the door of your suite at the Ritz (and then some) that uplifted feeling that you are going to be able to finally relax. After all, our ultimate mission is to bring you the happiness, relaxation and rejuvenation that comes with spending just a bit of time living simply - on Island Time.
