This Penthouse Beauty ,offers unobstructed views of the sunsets, the stars, and of course, our gorgeous bay. For our guests, we have added an electric barbeque grill on our screened-in balcony, as well as a barbeque by the bay at our great roof overhead picnic area.

The unit is decorated with interesting artifacts and tastefully furnished in each room with upscale appliances and decor to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. Our guests are most important to us. The living room is equipped with an extra large sectional, and you can also enjoy dining in your private dining room, kitchen, or private balcony. The gorgeous kitchen has indirect lighting for the evening. The condo is situated perfectly for views, including the spectacular sunsets that can be seen from within the condo or from the private balcony. The entire unit is extremely spotless and pristine.

We also have two heated pools -- one for the little ones, and one for the adults -- as well as a sauna. Our sun deck is very popular, our restaurants fantastic, and tennis and SCUBA diving are all here too! We have tennis equipment, ping pong sets, and pool floats.
The penthouse comes with a private boat slip, so whether your bring your boat or rent one, the dock is for our guest. If you would like to fish or enjoy lobster diving, there is a cleaning table by the docks as well as one by the barbeque area. For your convenience, we are directly next door to diving boats that go out on a daily basis. Ocean fishing is easily accessible from nearby Adams Cut. (2 minutes) by boat; for Ocean fishing;
