| Rental Policies and Forms of Payment
|
Rates are based on groups of 8 persons or less. Each additional person will be charged $15 per night.
To confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit.
All payments are in US funds by either personal check , cashier’s check, money order, credit card, cash or wire transfer.
A full refund of the deposit is given if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival (minus $50 administrative fee). Payment is due in full upon arrival.
